You may request a withdrawal within 24 hrs
PHKILIG will pay within 5 minutes most of the time. Please refer to a particular payment gateway.

Minimum per request: 100 PHP or equal.
Maximum per request: 50,000 PHP or equal.
★Note: You have to reach the turnover to make a withdrawal request.

We do not charge any fees for withdrawals.

Have you fulfilled the turnover requirement for withdrawal?
If you input incorrect bank information or if the bank account is frozen?
If you have an active bonus, you can only withdraw your bonus balance once the bonus is complete.

Please contact customer service to change the correct bank account, payee name, and so on.
